How do I download your product?

Our products are downloaded using Pulse (https://pulsedownloader.com/) which is available for Mac and PC platforms. Details of your download code are available in your user area and in the email we sent you when you purchased a product. Please see the Pulse website for more details of their downloader, in brief it is a lightweight cross platform software downloader which allows us to send out fingerprinted products and updates easily.

Free products are delivered as a zipped file and the pulse downloader is not required.

Can I run your instruments on Kontakt Player?

No. Our instruments require a full version of Kontakt from Native Instruments – currently our instruments work on version 5.8.0 (R36).

How many machines can I install the instrument on?

Our standard licence allows one licence copy to be used on two machines at once. If you need more installs, additional licenses can be purchased at 50% off, please contact us via the contact form to arrange this.

How many times can I download the instrument?

With each purchase, the maximum times a product can be downloaded is 3. We strongly advise that you backup your download once completed. Additional downloads can be request for a nominal fee to cover bandwidth and administration.

Can I transfer my licence to another person?

At this time we are unable to offer this service as products are fingerprinted to each unique user. We may offer this in the future.

I don’t like your instruments Can I have a refund?

In line with our refunds policy and our terms and conditions we do not offer refunds owing to the nature of a digital downloaded product.
